Gammon

Gammon is cured the same way as bacon and comes from the hind leg of a pig; it is a firm favourite of many of us and can be cooked in variety of ways. Our succulent Gammon steaks taste so good try serving it naked (maybe with egg and chips on the side) and be overwhelmed by its natural flavour!
