Gammon Steak

This is a huge 2kg pack of Gammon steaks. They are a chunky half cut steak which although not uniform are cut exclusively from Danish crown unsmoked gammons and therefore reperesnt both exceptional quality flaovour and outstanding value.

Bake in the oven with onions, peppers pineapple and a cider stock for a luxury dinner or drizzle in honey and add a dash of English mustard before ‘tossing’ them on the BBQ for a truly scrumptious treat.
