Only the very best cattle that meet strict and tightly controlled quality standards are individually selected by skilled staff to carry the Mather’s Black Gold mark.
Once selected the beef is traditionally matured on the bone for a minimum of 14 days before being processed either on the bone or as a boneless cuts. All beef is then clearly identified to give buyers reassurance of quality and traceability.
