Sure to please, these selected Chump Chops, cut between the leg and loin of lamb, have an abundance of flavours and due to our stringent selection process have a fantastic meat to bone ratio. They can be grilled or pan fried but produce the most memorable of flavours when baked in the oven with garlic and cheese, or served in a rich wine jus, the choice is yours. Each pack will contain at least 6 chops
