Thank you ever so much. The selection of meat is extremely impressive and after tasting the pork, steak and lamb, it is absolutely gorgeous - succulent, lean and very, very tasty. 
 
The only comparison I have with online meat orders and yourselves is with a company named Donald Russell from Scotland. They are a very luxurious and expensive butcher. Premier Meats products are just as tasty and equally as succulent but also exceptionally affordable with premier quality. 
 
Your customer service, speediness and efficiency was second to none. In a time where people are very quick to complain about bad service or inferior products, it gives me great pleasure to be able to congratulate Premier Meats for such a fantastic service and truly scrumptious meat products. Assuring you of me continuing to be a very satisfied customer. Well done.

I would just like to say thank you for my first order. (Delivered) 
 
I was amazed at how well my order was packaged, I expected it to be in plastic carrier bags, so was very impressed when it arrived all boxed up. I couldn't wait to see if the quality of the meat was as good as the packaging and I wasn't disappointed. I have tried the leg of lamb, the black pudding and the ribeye steaks, all of which were exceptional. The ribeye steaks are the first ones I have successfully cooked on my 'George Foreman' grill, they cut like butter whereas in the past all steaks (purchased elsewhere) have been tough when cooked in this way. 
 
I also found your customer service to be second to none, thank you Darren and Phillippa. 
 
I will definately be ordering from you again in the very near future.

i just want to say i ordered on line for the first time last month had a few complications doing it on line but i spoke over the phone and got my order sorted the delivery service was excellent and the value for money was great put another order in last night and i know ill be satisfied with the sevice thank you all at premier meats

Just needed to email you and say -'WELL DONE' - I am delighted with the meat delivery I received yesterday. The meat is incredible and I am so impressed. 
 
Your delivery driver was friendly yet courteous, but I must be honest and say that I did keep him at the door chatting as there were quite a few passing cars and people and I didn't think it would do your company harm to have your vehicle parked outside my door advertising your company with people wondering what was going on!!! Just hope it will generate some business for yourselves. 
 
Well done to you all. I wish your company and website well and will certainly be ordering from you in the future.

I recently won the platinum meat hamper and was thrilled as i dont usually win anything . the meat i received was exceptional and the helpfulness of the whole team was second to none .I will highly recommend premier meats to everyone. keep up the good work .

When you have a company as good as premier meats that supplies excellent quality products at the fraction of "supermarket giants" you will find your shopping money going a hell of a lot further,and in these tight times most of us are having no better place to shop. 
I normally catch you boys down at the market at Catterick once a month and stock my freezer,now all my non driving neighbours are looking forward to the day you'r home delivery service starts.

I am writing to give a big "Thank you" for the help and service I received at the Team Valley location, the boys were so very helpful and friendly. I am visiting my sister here in the North East and was very impressed with the service I looked on line to find out if you had a location where I live which is Stratford Upon Avon, sadly there does not seam that there is. My question is, do you know of a similar company that provides the same as yourself?

Just to let you know the meat I ordered for my son's 21st birthday BBQ was beautiful, pitty about the rain we had but the meat more than made up for it.

Without exception the best tasting meat i have ever eaten. Your staff are amongst the most efficient and considerate i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. You may be assured that I will make a point of recomending you to all my friends.

My husband and I have shopped with you in your early days when you were in Chester le Street. We now go to South Shields and Catterick. On Friday (Dec 07) I went down to your factory on the Team Valley to collect my meat which I ordered online, may I say how delighted we both were with the quality and personal letter from your MD. We find your company very honest and freindly and will continue to shop with you.

After seeing your adverts in the local press I visited your Team Valley establishment and purchased some chicken breasts and sirloin steak. Last week (Dec 07) I registered and placed a small order via your website. The special offer rump steak purchased may I say was excellent.
